Certificate is good for recipient only and is non-transferable. Printed Certificates must include the first and last name, date of birth, barcode and expiration date and must be presented with a valid photo ID that matches the information on the Certificate.
Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement or administration of offer or The Chef’s Table ®, whether caused by computer, technical or human error. Sponsor does not for any reason extend or change expiration dates on certificates. (Sponsor) is not responsible for lost or deleted Certificates regardless of cause. Benihana birthday certificates can be redeemed only after an initial $30 purchase. Certificates are valid during dinner hours for dine-in Monday –Thursdays only. Limit one certificate per person, per party and per calendar year.
